Man Cave Alliance 2023
Celebrating Black Men and Boys!

Time & Location
Jul 01, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM CDT
New Orleans, 900 Camp St, New Orleans, LA 70130, USA
About the event
Every summer, NFL players from around the league host NFL Summer Skills Camps for youth. Anthony Levine Sr. and Deonte Harty have both participated in and even hosted their own. This year, the duo decided to put football second and mental wellness worth. Here's why in their own words:
As athletes, we understand the importance of doing the necessary work on/off the field to win a game. As black men, we understand the ongoing work it will take off of the field to continue persevering outside of a game. The opportunity to share our talent with the world, carries a responsibility to our community. This summer, instead of hosting NFL camps where youth are invited to learn skills on how to get better at playing the game of football, we want to intentionally create a safe space that gives them the skills to play in the game of life. We have invested in a safe space that embodies the culture, histroy and resilient spirit of New Orleans. Our man cave will bring together some of our closest NFL friends, global influencers, community activists, and surprise guests. Our goal, dismantle the stigma associated with mental wellness and a reminder that black boys and men are deserving of celebration and affirmation. We believe that together, we can save lives and help raise awareness to save our sons.
Join us July 1st from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm for a mental wellness event that rivals any halftime show:
Participants can expect to panel discussions with some of their favorite players and influencers tackling tough topics that lead our sons to suicide and risky behavior. They can also expect physcial wellness activities that include lymphatic massages, trap yoga and more!
Join us July 1st in the Man Cave!
